Kayak prosegue la ricerca tecnologica iniziata con freewheeler
introducendo per la prima volta il concetto di corpo unico con
emissione stereofonica omnidirezionale.Kajak si presenta come un fuso
in alluminio con guida d’onda centrale teso tra due tiranti in
acciaio Il posizionamento è libero su tutti gli assi: parete-pavimento,
soffitto-parete, parete-parete. Un suono avvolgente che rivoluziona
la tipologia dell’ascolto.
Kayak builds upon the technological research started with Freewheeler,
the speaker designed with Ron Arad, which presented for the first time
the idea of a single unit with stereosound emission.With an aluminium body, it has two
coaxial multidirectional speakers that face each other across a central
reflector held in place by steel spacers. It can be easily positioned horizontally
between two walls or pillars,vertically between floor and ceiling,or diagonally if preferred.
